Welcome to our villa! To make your stay pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask you to comply with the following rules:

General rules

  • Cleanliness: Keep the villa clean and tidy. Do not leave any waste behind. Then you will not experience any nuisance from vermin.
  • Maximum number of guests: The allowed number of guests is 8.
  • Use air conditioning: Do not turn on the air conditioning when doors/windows are open and do not set it to too low a temperature. This prevents freezing and failure of the air conditioning. Best temperature setting is approx. 25-27 Celsius (77-80 F).
  • No parties: Parties and events are not allowed.

Respect for the environment

  • Rest times: Be extra considerate of the neighbors between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and limit noise pollution.
  • Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Throw butts in the ashtrays.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Safety

  • Security: Close windows and doors properly when you leave the villa.
  • Use of appliances: Switch off electrical appliances after use.
  • Pool and cliff: Be careful around the pool and cliff. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.

Check-out

  • Departure time: Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
  • Waste: Ensure all waste is placed in the correct containers.
  • Check: Leave the keys at the agreed location and check whether all personal belongings have been taken.
